Marlene has successfully represented buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial transactions across Tennessee and South Florida. Before stepping into her current leadership role, she served as Training & Production Manager at Weichert, Realtors® – Saxon Clark and previously held key management positions with Weichert Realtors®, Keller Williams, The Keyes Company, and CB Richard Ellis—where she also served as Marketing Director before becoming Managing Broker at Weichert, Realtors® – Best Beach Real Estate in Miami.
